This spatial layer contains polylines representing locations of roads within the City of Niagara Falls. It includes, but is not limited to roads owned by the City of Niagara Falls and shows only roads that are considered "drivable". It does include Private Roads but not driveways. Where the center of the paved road is not known, the Center of the road allowance is used. To maintain this dataset, City's GIS Department digitizes lines from registered plans and reference plans.
